Business System Analyst (bilingual)

1. InformaticaおよびAzure Data Platform関連プロジェクトにおいて、業務ユーザー、プロダクトオーナー、アーキテクト、技術チームとの要件定義ワークショップを企画・推進する。

2. ビジネス要件、機能要件、非機能要件のヒアリング、分析、文書化、検証、および管理を行う。

3. ビジネス要件定義書（BRD）、機能要件定義書（FRS）、ユーザーストーリー、業務フロー図、その他プロジェクト関連ドキュメントを作成・維持する。

4. 日本国内のビジネス要件を、オフショア開発チームおよびテストチームが理解・実行できる明確な要件へ落とし込む。

5. ソフトウェア開発ライフサイクル（SDLC）全体を通じて、要件のトレーサビリティおよびガバナンスを確保する。

6. ビジネス部門、プロダクトオーナー、開発者、QAチーム、オフショアデリバリーチーム間の主要な窓口として機能する。

7. UAT（ユーザー受入テスト）の計画、テスト実行支援、不具合管理、リリース準備などのテスト関連活動を調整・支援する。

1. Agile、Waterfall、およびHybrid型の開発手法におけるプロジェクト推進を支援する。

2. InformaticaおよびAzure Data Platformを活用したアプリケーション開発、機能拡張、移行、システム連携、モダナイゼーション施策を推進する。

3. 関係部門と連携し、業務改善機会を特定するとともに、データ活用による業務変革・DX推進を支援する。

4. プロジェクト成果物が、ビジネス目標、品質基準、法令・規制要件、および組織ガバナンス方針に適合していることを確保する。

• ネイティブレベルの日本語力とビジネスレベル以上の英語力を有し、業務部門および技術部門の双方と円滑にコミュニケーションできること。
• データプラットフォーム、データ統合、アナリティクス、またはエンタープライズアプリケーション開発プロジェクトにおいて、ビジネスアナリストとしての実務経験を有すること。
• 要件定義、要件分析、ドキュメント作成、およびステークホルダーマネジメントの豊富な経験を有すること。
• BRD（ビジネス要件定義書）、機能仕様書、ユーザーストーリー、ユースケース、業務プロセス文書などの作成経験を有すること。
• SDLC（ソフトウェア開発ライフサイクル）の理解と要件トレーサビリティ管理の経験を有すること。
• グローバルデリバリーモデルにおいて、オフショア開発チームおよびQAチームとの協業経験を有すること。
• SIT（システム統合テスト）、UAT（ユーザー受入テスト）、不具合管理、本番リリース支援の経験を有すること。
• Agile、Waterfall、およびHybrid開発モデルに関する理解を有すること。
• 優れた分析力、コミュニケーション能力、ファシリテーション能力、および問題解決能力を有すること。
• 業務ユーザーと技術チームの間に立ち、双方の認識や要件のギャップを埋める能力を有すること。

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and lead requirements-gathering workshops with business users, product owners, architects, and technology teams for Informatica and Azure Data Platform initiatives.
• Elicit, analyze, document, validate, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), user stories, process flows, and other project documentation.
• Translate Japanese business requirements into clear, actionable requirements for offshore development and testing teams.
• Ensure end-to-end requirements traceability and governance throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA teams, and offshore delivery teams.
• Coordinate and support testing activities, including UAT planning, test execution support, defect management, and release readiness.
• Support project delivery across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Drive successful application development, enhancement, migration, integration, and modernization initiatives across Informatica and Azure Data Platform solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and support data-driven business transformation initiatives.
• Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives, quality standards, compliance requirements, and organizational governance policies.

Must-Have Requirements

• Native-level Japanese and strong business-level English communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage both business and technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in data platform, data integration, analytics, or enterprise application development projects.
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience creating BRDs, Functional Specifications, User Stories, Use Cases, and process documentation.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and requirements traceability.
• Experience coordinating with offshore development and QA teams in a global delivery environment.
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, defect management, and production release activities.
• Solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to bridge communication gaps between business users and technical delivery teams.

Nice-to-Have Requirements

• Experience within the Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services domain.
• Experience working with Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, and related Azure technologies.
• Strong understanding of Data Engineering, Data Integration, ETL/ELT processes, Data Warehousing, and Modern Data Platforms.
• Experience working in multicultural environments with onsite-offshore delivery teams.
• Familiarity with cloud migration, data modernization, and digital transformation programs.
• Certifications in Azure, Informatica, Business Analysis (CBAP/CCBA), Agile, Scrum, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting enterprise Data & Analytics transformation initiatives.
