Business System Analyst (Insurance)

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret insurance policies, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  

• Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement insurance-related solutions.
  

• Support underwriting, claims processing, and policy administration activities.
  

• Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory guidelines.
  

• Provide subject matter expertise on insurance products and processes.
  

• Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops for team members.
  

• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to automation initiatives.
  

• Mandatory skills: Insurance domain knowledge in Life, Health, and Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance.
  

• Experience with policy administration.
  

• Bilingual Japanese language proficiency, with JLPT N1 or N2.
  

• Ability to work with business and technology stakeholders.
  

• Ability to support testing, issue resolution, and high-quality deliverables while following applicable design, coding, and delivery standards.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• LOMA certification is desirable.
