Business Systems Administrator | Corporate- Own and enhance critical corporate business applications

Location: Brisbane (Milton)
Contract Length: Full-Time hours, 12 months fixed term
Key responsibilities
- Administer and support corporate HR, workforce and contract management systems.
- Manage system data, queries, scripts, reporting and related data solutions.
- Analyse business requirements and deliver system, process, integration and automation improvements.
- Troubleshoot incidents, undertake root cause analysis and coordinate system releases and resolutions.
- Work with business users, technical teams, vendors and service providers to resolve issues and improve system performance.
- Maintain system documentation, procedures and user guides, and provide user support and training.
You will have practical experience administering corporate business applications and supporting users within a complex organisational environment.
Key requirements include:
- Essential: Experience administering Aurion (Payroll) and Dayforce (Workforce Management, Learning and Performance).
- Experience with business process improvement, systems integration and automation.
- Strong data management, reporting and troubleshooting capability.
- Experience with incident management and root cause analysis.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
- Strong organisation, customer service and attention to detail.
You will require a relevant ICT or related qualification with at least three years' practical corporate systems administration experience, or at least six years' equivalent practical experience supporting corporate business systems.
ITIL, PRINCE2 or Agile experience or qualifications, knowledge of relevant AS/ISO or Queensland Government information standards, and system training experience will be highly regarded.
The position includes participation in an after-hours on-call roster.
