- Administer business applications, including user setup, access, permissions, licensing, configuration, reporting, and other platform functionality
- Serve as the primary point of contact for system support requests, user training, and adoption support
- Partner with business teams to understand needs and implement maintainable system solutions
- Collaborate with IT and software development teams on enhancements and special projects
- Support data quality, system cleanup, compliance, documentation, and governance standards
- Help ensure business systems remain reliable and aligned with company objectives, including AI-enabled solutions where appropriate
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, AccountingSeed, ConnectWise Manage, or similar CRM and ERP platforms
- Experience administering users, permissions, licenses, reports, configurations, data quality, and system integrations
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests while providing clear, customer-focused communication
- Proficiency with business software applications, Microsoft Office tools, and a willingness to learn evolving technologies, including AI-enabled tools
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively both independently and with a team
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 2+ years of experience administering or supporting business applications and cross-functional end users
- Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred, or ability to obtain within six months of hire
