Business Systems Analyst
Salary: ₱30,000 – ₱35,000 per month
We are looking for a system analyst to join our growing team. You will work alongside other business analysts and developers and report directly to the CEO.
Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, manage engagements and performing some user acceptance testing.
To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to nontechnical users.
Your key responsibilities:
Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
Designs new solutions analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.
Improves systems by studying current practices; designing modifications.
Recommends controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures.
Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget.
Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users.
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Performing user acceptance testing.
Maintains user confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Liaise and work with key stakeholders to identify how changing business requirements may be delivered with existing solutions using plain non-technical language.
Guide and support team members to provide customer focussed services
Qualifications:
Experience with business/system analysis and design in any industry is a plus
Has 2 years of experience
Detailed oriented, attention to detail
Passionate about technology and its role in the industry
Winning and humble attitude, understand the job and the role very efficiently
Willing to go onsite support when necessary to clients
Willing to work in a hybrid environment
Salary range: 30,000-35,000
