About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with
strong expertise in QRM (Quantitative Risk Management) implementation to
join our Treasury technology team. The successful candidate will play a
critical role in supporting the implementation, integration, and optimization
of the QRM platform for Asset Liability Management (ALM), Liquidity
Management, Stress Testing, and Forecasting. This position requires a
strong background in capital markets, risk management, and hands-on delivery of
complex system projects in the Treasury space.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate
with Treasury business lines to analyze current state processes and
gather, document, and validate business requirements for ALM, liquidity
management, FTP, and SIRR.
- Write
detailed business and functional specifications for internal and
external system interfaces.
- Facilitate
and lead requirements workshops, producing artifacts such as data flow
diagrams, process models, and message mapping documents.
- Support system
build, integration, and testing efforts, including scenario
definition, defect triage, and requirements traceability.
- Drive the implementation
of the QRM platform, ensuring alignment with Treasury business
objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Provide
subject matter expertise on QRM functionality to resolve complex business
challenges and support ongoing initiatives.
- Analyze
and reconcile large datasets to inform requirements, business
decisions, and solutions.
- Partner
with cross-functional stakeholders in an Agile delivery environment to achieve successful project outcomes.
Required Experience & Skills
- 7+ years of
experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with recent experience in Treasury
or Risk Management technology projects.
- 3+ years of
hands-on experience implementing QRM as an ALM, Liquidity Management,
Stress Testing, or Forecasting tool (consulting, deployment,
implementation, or support).
- Strong
understanding of capital markets instruments, valuation techniques, and
IRR (Interest Rate Risk).
- Proven
ability to analyze, reconcile, and investigate large, complex datasets to drive business requirements and solutions.
- 5+ years of
experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies.
- Excellent
communication, facilitation, and documentation skills, with the ability to
engage both business and technical stakeholders.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s
degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or a
related field (required).
- Advanced
degree or designation such as FRM, CFA, M.Fin, MBA is highly
preferred.
