Duties:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of business processes, systems, and operations.
Collaborate with business users to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
Analyse existing workflows and recommend practical system and process enhancements.
Gather, document, and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and external technology partners.
Support the implementation, enhancement, and optimisation of business systems.
Assist users with system-related queries and coordinate resolution of issues.
Improve business reporting, data quality, and management visibility.
Develop detailed process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
Contribute to business improvement initiatives through insightful analysis and practical recommendations.
Requirements:
3 to 8 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis.
Proficiency in data analysis, process management, and reporting tools.
Strong knowledge of SQL, ERP systems, and system integrations.
Experience with Power BI and other reporting tools.
Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
