Business Systems Analyst

Summary

Build and maintain BI reports and dashboards in Power BI and SQL, helping stakeholders turn property data into actionable insights for Colliers’ real-estate platform.

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Business Systems Analyst to join our collaborative and growing team in Wellington.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology, data, reporting, and continuous improvement. Working closely with the team, you will support and enhance our business intelligence and reporting capabilities while helping internal stakeholders gain valuable insights from data to improve decision-making and client outcomes.

  • Relevant experience in Business Analysis, Reporting, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent tertiary qualifications.
  • Exposure to reporting, analytics, or business intelligence tools.
  • Understanding of databases and SQL, or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Experience with Power BI is advantageous but not essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the wider Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong interest in technology, data, and continuous improvement.

The Value You’ll add:

  • Support the administration, maintenance, and optimisation of business systems, databases, and user access processes.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support and enhance the Colliers360 Business Intelligence platform.
  • Prepare, analyse, and validate data to meet reporting and business requirements.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Provide user support, training, and guidance while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
