Business Systems Analyst

Lezenda is a digital solution agency that helps businesses improve the way they work through marketing & technology.

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst who enjoys understanding how businesses work and turning business problems into practical digital solutions.

You will work closely with our clients and development team, from understanding requirements and planning solutions to testing and implementing the final system.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and needs.

• Ask the right questions to understand the real problem behind a request.

• Document and organize client requirements clearly.

• Understand how different businesses operate and identify opportunities where technology can improve their processes.

• Translate business requirements into clear system requirements and workflows.

• Create simple flowcharts, wireframes, user flows, or process documentation when needed.

• Discuss proposed solutions with developers and adjust them based on technical considerations.

• Coordinate tasks and follow up on implementation progress.

• Test new features and systems before they are delivered to clients.

• Identify issues, coordinate fixes with developers, and perform testing again.

• Assist with system implementation and client training.

• Follow through until the solution is actually working for the client.

• Monitor how clients use the system and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Suggest practical improvements based on client feedback and actual usage.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in IT, business analysis, project coordination, implementation, or a related field.

• Interested in both business and technology.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable communicating with clients and working with developers.

• Able to understand processes and explain them clearly.

• Organized and able to follow up on multiple tasks.

• Willing to learn new technologies and systems.

• Proactive and willing to take responsibility for the outcome of your work.

• Able to work independently after receiving clear objectives.

• When facing a problem, willing to understand it and think of possible solutions before asking for help.

Technical skills are a plus

You don't need to be a programmer, but having some technical understanding is helpful.

Knowledge of any of the following is a plus:

• Basic understanding of web applications and software development

• SQL or databases

• API and system integration

• UI/UX or wireframing

• Software testing

• Excel / Google Sheets

• Project management or collaboration tools
