Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support Oracle EPM systems
- Optimize financial processes and manage backlogs
- Conduct SIT/UAT testing and manage defects
- Perform data analysis and documentation
- Drive change management initiatives
- Collaborate with Product Owners, finance leaders, and technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and system enhancements
- 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis with a strong FP&A background
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM
- Strong financial domain knowledge
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Proven ability to drive continuous system improvements and user adoption
