Business Systems Analyst III

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements from internal stakeholders and clients.

• Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical documentation.

• Facilitate design sessions between business and technical teams to ensure solution alignment.

• Lead and manage assigned projects through their full lifecycle, including planning, tracking, and reporting.

• Conduct quality control checks and provide support during software development and testing phases.

• Handle multiple service requests and manage software release processes.

• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to process improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 5-8+ years of experience in business systems analysis (PBM or healthcare industry preferred).

• Strong understanding of SDLC and software project lifecycle.

• Proficiency in tools like Visio, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with Oracle, JAVA, and OLTP environments.

• Excellent skills in requirements gathering, process modeling, and stakeholder communication.

• CBAP certification is a plus.
