Business Systems Analyst - Insurance, Digital Solutions

Seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to bridge business needs and technology solutions.

Work closely with business stakeholders| product teams| and IT to gather requirements| analyze processes| and support the delivery of scalable| high-quality systems and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Elicit| analyze| and document business and system requirements

Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications

Collaborate with Product Owners| Developers| QA| and Scrum teams

Support solution design| system integration| and user acceptance testing

Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement

Ensure solutions align with business objectives| compliance| and standards

Support change management and production issue resolution

Required Qualifications:

5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role

Strong experience in requirements gathering| analysis| and documentation

Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid delivery environments

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
