Job Description
We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst who will bridge business requirements and technical solutions, working closely with stakeholders, application teams, developers, and QA teams to ensure business needs are properly translated into system requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
Conduct requirements elicitation through discussions, workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Analyze existing business processes and systems and identify areas for improvement.
Create Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), and other system documentation.
Develop process flows, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
Collaborate with developers and technical teams to clarify requirements and validate proposed solutions.
Coordinate with QA teams to ensure test scenarios and cases accurately reflect business requirements.
Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Conduct impact analysis for system changes and enhancements.
Assist in issue investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution.
Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
Support system implementation, deployment, and post-production activities.
Ensure delivered solutions meet documented business requirements and acceptance criteria.
