We are seeking an experienced professional to serve as a Business Systems Analyst IV within the IT Services sector. This pivotal role is designed for a candidate with over seven years of specialized experience who will drive procurement transformation and lead complex business analysis initiatives. The position focuses on the end-to-end implementation and ongoing support of critical business systems, ensuring seamless operational workflows and strategic alignment. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Zip or Levelpath, with the added advantage of proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, while playing a central role in the configuration and deployment of Coupa solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the full lifecycle of system implementations and support activities, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify process gaps and drive strategic procurement transformation initiatives.
- Manage the configuration and customization of Coupa platforms to meet specific organizational requirements.
- Utilize expertise in Zip or Levelpath to optimize system functionality and enhance user experience.
- Provide subject matter expertise on SAP S/4HANA to support integrated business processes where applicable.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, test solutions, and facilitate successful go-live transitions.
- Document system processes, configurations, and user guides to ensure knowledge retention and operational continuity.
