Business Systems Analyst (techno-functional) supporting the company's Oracle Cloud ERP across Finance, Treasury and Analytics, with some Sales and Supply Chain work. Day to day: gather business requirements, lead mid-to-large ERP projects and design sessions, and produce functional design docs for integrations, conversions and reports.

Job Summary
The techno functional resource shall focus primarily on individual business processes and systems throughout the Finance, Treasury & Analytics functions, however, they also may work with stakeholders of Sales, Supply Chain, and other functional areas as well.
This individual will work collaboratively across all the Finance business processes and departments to design, build, test, and implement applications solutions. The primary focus will be on our ERP system, which is Oracle Cloud ERP. The ideal candidate will be capable of quickly understanding business processes, organizing projects and tasks, and communicating at all levels of the organization.
Job Requirements
Business Functional Knowledge -
Partner with business users to define scalable, flexible and cost-effective processes aligned with current and future business needs. -
Design process improvements with minimal disruption to existing systems while considering the impact on key stakeholders. -
Evaluate proposed changes to ensure the best overall fit for the organisation. -
Serve as an ERP subject matter expert, maintaining strong knowledge of ERP functionality, features, capabilities and modules. -
Identify opportunities to leverage ERP capabilities to improve business efficiency, user experience and cost effectiveness.
Business Requirements & Technical Team Coordination -
Translate business needs into clear IT and functional requirements for process and system changes. -
Lead mid-to-large ERP projects, managing project teams, timelines, priorities, deliverables and stakeholder expectations. -
Lead/co-lead design sessions to identify process gaps, requirements and improvement opportunities. -
Develop detailed functional design documentation for conversions, interfaces, integrations and reports. -
