We're looking for a tech-savvy and business-oriented Pega Analyst to help shape and optimize onboarding solutions within a high-impact corporate banking program. You’ll be embedded in a product team delivering digital solutions on the Pega platform, translating business needs into scalable technical outcomes.

🔍 Your Responsibilities

  • Understand and capture business objectives by engaging with stakeholders and end-users.
  • Facilitate requirement sessions and document business processes with clarity and precision.
  • Work alongside technical teams to turn user needs into effective Pega-based designs.
  • Ensure alignment between business expectations and technical implementation.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation: process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and system diagrams.
  • Act as a liaison between developers, testers, and product owners to ensure end-to-end traceability.
  • Contribute to solution validation through user acceptance support and feedback loops.

👤 Your Background

  • Experience:
    • 3–5 years in an Analyst or Business Systems Analyst role.
    • At least 2 years of exposure to Pega-based projects.
  • Education: Degree in Business IT, Computer Science, or a similar discipline.
  • Certification (nice to have):
    • Pega Certified Business Architect (CBA).
    • or Certified System Architect (CSA).
  • Skills:
    • Familiarity with Pega process design and configuration principles.
    • Strong documentation and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
    • Understanding of process modeling and workflow logic.
    • Comfort working in agile, cross-functional product teams.
