Business Systems Analyst
Summary
Business Systems Analyst focused on the development, integration, and optimization of a large-scale P&C (Property & Casualty) insurance technology ecosystem, working with enterprise SaaS platforms, APIs (REST, GraphQL, webhooks), and AWS cloud services.

- 4–6 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, Integration Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or similar role within an enterprise environment.
- Proven experience working with enterprise SaaS platforms and system integrations.
- Strong ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.
- Experience analyzing APIs and integration patterns, including REST, GraphQL, webhooks, JSON, and XML.
- Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML.
- Experience working with cloud environments, preferably AWS.
- Good understanding of AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, IAM, EventBridge, CloudWatch, and Secrets Manager.
- Ability to work with or understand scripting and data transformation using Python, Node.js, or TypeScript.
- Experience with data-flow modeling, payload/schema validation, technical risk assessments, and integration analysis.
Optional
- Experience working with vendors and evaluating technical product capabilities is highly desirable.
- AWS certification (e.g. Solutions Architect Associate, Developer, or SysOps) is strongly preferred. Azure or GCP certification is also acceptable with demonstrated AWS familiarity.
