About the Role:
Triunity Software is looking for a sharp and driven Business Systems Analyst to join our growing team in Calgary, AB. Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into clear system specifications and user stories
- Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Conduct gap analysis and process mapping to identify areas for system improvement
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit and validate requirements
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and assist with system implementation and rollout
- Monitor and report on system performance, identifying opportunities for optimization
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role in a software/tech environment
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
- Proficiency in requirements documentation, use case development, and process modeling
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Post-secondary education in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
