Triunity Software is looking for a talented Business Systems Analyst to join our growing team in Calgary, AB. Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for development teams
- Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to align business and IT objectives
- Develop use cases, process flows, and user stories to support solution design
- Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support QA efforts throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, project managers, and business leaders
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Experience with data analysis tools and SQL is considered an asset
