Our client is seeking a commercially minded Business Improvement Professional to play a pivotal role in enhancing operational performance, optimising business systems and driving continuous improvement across the organisation.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and reporting, helping to create smarter, more efficient ways of working. Combining analytical thinking with a practical, hands-on approach, you will contribute to initiatives that strengthen business performance, improve decision-making and support broader organisational objectives.

About You
Proven experience in business improvement, business analysis, operational excellence or a related discipline.
Demonstrated ability to identify and implement improvements across business systems, processes and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into practical business outcomes.
Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.
Experience supporting or delivering change initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
Naturally curious, collaborative and innovative, with a passion for challenging conventional thinking, nurturing ideas from others and developing practical solutions tailored to business needs.
Commercially astute, adaptable and focused on delivering measurable outcomes.
