About the Role
We are looking for a Business Systems, Data & AI Manager who can help build Rua's digital operating backbone.
This is not a traditional IT support or helpdesk role. We are looking for someone who understands both business processes and technology, and can translate operational needs into practical systems, reliable data, useful dashboards, automation, and responsible AI applications.
You will work closely with functional leaders across Commercial, Supply Chain & Operations, Finance, Technical & Engineering, Quality/QMS, and HROD to make the business easier to run, easier to see, easier to control, and easier to scale.

Key Responsibilities
Business Systems & ERP
Own and continuously improve Rua's business systems roadmap and target architecture.
Help establish Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as the trusted transaction backbone of the business.
Work with Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Operations to improve ERP workflows, controls, adoption, and data integrity.
Identify opportunities to reduce unnecessary spreadsheets, duplicate data entry, disconnected applications, and manual workarounds.
Evaluate build, configure, or buy options based on business value, scalability, integration, and total cost of ownership.
Manage system enhancement priorities, testing, change coordination, and external implementation partners.
Data & Business Intelligence
Develop practical data structures and common definitions for key commercial, operational, and financial metrics.
Build and improve Power BI dashboards that support actual management decisions, weekly operating reviews, S&OP, and executive discussions.
Improve data quality, ownership, accessibility, and reliability.
Establish appropriate standards for master data and critical business information.
Workflow Automation
Identify repetitive and rules-based processes that can be simplified and automated.
Use Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft 365 to improve workflows and reduce manual work.
Prioritize automation based on business impact, process readiness, and long-term maintainability.
Measure the value of automation through time savings, reduced errors, improved controls, or shorter cycle times.
Applied AI
Develop practical AI use cases that can improve productivity, decision-making, knowledge management, customer service, or management reporting.
Ensure AI applications have clear business owners, appropriate controls, human review, and measurable value.
Help Rua adopt AI responsibly without introducing unnecessary tools, risks, or complexity.
Work with business teams to identify where AI can create real value and where it should not be applied.
Process Improvement & Digital Transformation
Map end-to-end business processes and identify bottlenecks, control gaps, duplication, and opportunities for simplification.
Distinguish whether a problem is caused by the process, people, data, or system before recommending a technology solution.
Lead cross-functional digital improvement initiatives from process discovery through implementation and adoption.
Help functional teams transition from fragmented or manual workflows into integrated, scalable processes.
Governance, Adoption & Partners
Establish practical standards for systems, data, automation, access, and change management.
Drive user adoption through training, stakeholder engagement, champions, and post-launch support.
Coordinate with external Microsoft, ERP, software, and IT partners while keeping architecture, priorities, process knowledge, and governance within Rua.
Support role-based access, data protection, backup, continuity, and secure system configuration in coordination with external IT/cyber partners.
Maintain appropriate documentation and change control in support of Rua's ISO/QMS environment.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Business/Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
Approximately 7–12+ years of experience in ERP, business systems, enterprise applications, digital transformation, data/BI, process improvement, or related roles.
Experience leading cross-functional system implementations, digital transformation projects, or a business systems capability/team.
Strong experience in ERP implementation or optimization.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is highly preferred. Experience with comparable ERP platforms may also be considered.
Hands-on experience with Power BI and practical exposure to Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft 365, Teams, or SharePoint.
Strong understanding of business process mapping, workflow design, master data, data quality, reporting, and management information.
Ability to simplify and standardize processes before recommending automation.
Experience managing external technology vendors or implementation partners.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with both technical teams and business leaders.
Able to translate technical decisions into business terms such as cost, risk, cycle time, controls, scalability, and ROI.
