Salary: $76,912 – $82,464 pa + generous work benefits

Permanent full-time appointment based at our Bunbury Campus.

About the Role
Within the Reporting and Business Services unit the Business Systems Support Officers enable the college to achieve its strategic goals by providing our internal/external clients and industry stakeholders with:

• An exceptionally high quality, seamless client service experience, including client liaison and complaint resolution (face to face, by phone, email, online) in a high-volume work environment.

• Efficient and effective general administrative tasks, duties, and functions (records management, data entry, document creation, researching and reporting, auditing and compliance).

• Administrative support for all staff to ensure record and information governance meets our legislative requirements.

Reporting & Business Services staff may be deployed within other work areas to meet broader business needs, as and when required.

To be successful in this role you will have sound Information governance and record keeping knowledge, highly developed communication skills and demonstrated knowledge of administrative support and computer skills.
