Business Technology Consultant

• Support the development of business, IT, and digital strategies aligned to client goals and market dynamics
• Contribute to the design of target operating models, including organizational structure, governance, and capability frameworks
• Assist in agile@scale assessments and transformation planning across business and IT functions
• Analyze IT and business cost structures, identify optimization opportunities, and support business cases for change
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analysis to inform strategic recommendations
• Prepare client deliverables including presentations, reports, and models with clear insights and actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, technology, and delivery stakeholders

• 1–4 years of experience in management consulting, business strategy, digital transformation, or IT strategy roles
• Exposure to business and digital transformation, operating model design, agile transformation, or cost optimization projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex issues
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a bonus

Demonstrates expertise in business strategy, digital transformation, and agile methodologies, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and analytical problem-solving. Capable of designing operating models and optimizing cost structures to align with client goals.
