SUPPORT OUR GROWTH PLANS AS OUR NEXT BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION ANALYST
Join us as a Business Transformation Analyst on a contract basis, helping turn operational challenges into practical, data-driven transformation initiatives. Working within the Business Transformation Office (BTO), you’ll contribute across Knowledge, AI, Data & BI, and Customer Support platforms.
You’ll combine process analysis, data insights, technology discovery, and business analysis to help initiatives move from discovery through pilot, implementation, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
YOUR HELP AND CONTRIBUTIONS TO OUR JOURNEY
Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews to understand business needs, pain points, controls, and root causes.
Map current-state and future-state processes using BPMN, SIPOC, value-stream mapping, or equivalent approaches.
Identify opportunities for simplification, standardisation, automation, and improved controls.
Build prioritised improvement backlogs and define process owners, KPIs, decision rights, and benefit baselines.
Analyse operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, service issues, and improvement opportunities.
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards using Power Query, data modelling, and DAX.
Translate business questions into practical data, KPI, reporting, and analytics requirements.
Identify and assess AI and GenAI use cases based on value, feasibility, data readiness, risk, and adoption.
Support AI initiatives from requirements and pilot design through implementation, governance, and adoption.
Design or support workflow automation using Power Automate, Power Apps, UiPath, Bizagi, or comparable tools.
Support knowledge architecture, content lifecycle, ownership, prioritisation, and self-service initiatives.
Analyse Jira Service Management and other ITSM workflows, service catalogues, SLAs, knowledge, and reporting requirements.
Translate business and service needs into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation priorities.
Build trusted relationships across business and technology teams and facilitate effective decision-making.
Prepare concise executive materials, recommendations, business-case inputs, and progress updates.
Maintain clear backlogs, requirements, actions, risks, decisions, and ownership for assigned initiatives.
Support pilots, testing, training, adoption, and benefits tracking.
Work with project managers and delivery partners to move approved initiatives into executable delivery plans.
Track outcomes and recommend corrective actions when adoption or benefits are below expectations.
Apply BTO governance standards and ensure evidence, assumptions, risks, and trade-offs are clearly documented.
YOU STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD IF YOU HAVE
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
4–7 years of experience in business transformation, process excellence, business analysis, operations, or a related discipline.
Proven experience delivering implemented cross-functional process improvements.
Hands-on Power BI experience, including Power Query, data modelling, DAX, dashboards, and KPI design.
Working knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
Practical experience with low-code, workflow automation, or RPA tools such as Power Platform, UiPath, Bizagi, or equivalent.
Experience participating in implemented AI or GenAI use cases.
Familiarity with Jira Service Management or other ITSM platforms.
Strong process-thinking, analytical, and structured problem-solving skills.
Excellent workshop facilitation, requirements elicitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with operational teams, technical specialists, and senior stakeholders.
Strong documentation, prioritisation, and attention to evidence and detail.
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
Curious, collaborative, proactive, and willing to constructively challenge existing ways of working.
Lean/Six Sigma, business analysis, Power BI, Power Platform, Agile, or process-modelling certification is an advantage.
English language proficiency (required).
Willingness to travel occasionally for workshops, discovery, or implementation support.
