Summary
Leads business transformation initiatives, process optimization, and digital automation for a Lagos-based company, reporting to the COO and driving change management across units.
📍 Location: Gbagada, Lagos
💼 Reports To: Chief Operating Officer
💰 Salary: ₦700,000 – ₦1,000,000 Net/Month

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in business transformation, consulting, or operations.
• Expertise in process improvement, project delivery, change management, and performance management.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications are an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead process improvement and value stream optimization across business units.
• Drive transformation, automation, and digital initiatives.
• Track KPIs, benefits realization, and transformation performance.
• Lead change management and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption.
• Support the COO in executing strategic priorities and governance.
• Ensure process compliance and continuous improvement.
