  • Review calls and customer communications, providing consistent feedback and training.
  • Manage lead distribution, daily workflows, and CRM activity to ensure every customer receives timely attention.
  • Track appointment set rates, show rates, sales conversions, and individual performance.
  • Coordinate with sales management to ensure smooth customer handoffs and a consistent experience.

  • Build a positive team culture centered on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

  • Automotive BDC experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong coaching, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Comfort working with CRM systems and managing multiple priorities.
  • Availability to work on-site, 40 hours per week, including Saturdays and some evenings.

Why Bob Johnson Toyota?

  • A growing dealership with strong customer traffic and opportunity.
  • A fun, energetic, team-oriented work environment.
  • The opportunity to develop people and directly influence dealership performance.
  • Room to grow within our organization.
