Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Busser to join our team at our Allen, TX location. The Busser plays a vital role in maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment by assisting servers and ensuring tables are promptly cleared and reset for the next guests.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently after guests leave.
• Assist servers by refilling water glasses and delivering bread or other items as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including floors, chairs, and service stations.
• Remove dirty dishes and utensils from tables and transport them to the kitchen.
• Ensure condiments, napkins, and silverware are stocked and organized.
• Assist with setting up dining areas before service begins.
• Work collaboratively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to provide excellent customer service.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a busser or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
