The Bellevue Club's Food and Beverage division is looking for a reliable, dedicated and hardworking busser to join our casual dining restaurant, Splash team. We are looking for a professional, team-oriented individual who can handle high volume, effectively multi-task, and maintain professionalism in stressful situations. Prior host experience is preferred. This is a part-time position with opportunities to grow.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Clears tableware items and resets tables in a timely manner following proper sanitation procedures.
• Evaluates and maintains the cleanliness of the dining room and various restaurant stations.
• Maintains a basic knowledge of the menu and available wines.
• Assists food servers with table detailing. Pours water, and clears and replaces silver, dishware
• Communicates with Manager when items are low and should be ordered.
• Assists food servers with all closing side duties. Restocks the various restaurant stations with service ware plates, cups, silver, etc.).
• Stores all food & beverage items and clears and cleans the various stations.
• Sweeps the dining room and/or the patio when appropriate.
• Disassembles, cleans and reassembles assigned service equipment.
• Replenishes low quantities of cleaning supplies as well as breaks down heavy duty cardboard for recycling.We are looking for a professional, team-oriented individual who can handle high volume, effectively multi-task, and maintain professionalism in stressful situations.
