Busser

We’re looking for energetic, hardworking, team-oriented Bussers to help keep the Big Fish experience running smoothly. Bussers play a key role in supporting our servers, keeping tables clean and ready, and making sure our guests have an amazing experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
• Assist servers with food and beverage service
• Keep dining areas clean, organized, and guest-ready
• Refill water and assist with guest needs when appropriate
• Maintain cleanliness of service stations and surrounding areas
• Help with opening, closing, and side-work duties
• Work closely with servers, food runners, hosts, and kitchen staff
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
