Job Description:

As a Busser you will be supporting the TiAmo Restaurant.

Job Requirements:

• Provide supplies to all servers.
• Polish and stock equipment for operations (silverware, linens & glassware).
• Set up, clear and clean tables before, during, and after the service.
• Set up the tables with tabletop equipment per design.
• Ensures that the guest tables are cleaned to our standards in a timely fashion.
• Ensure coffee is made and ready to be served.
• The ability to assist servers as requested.
• Performs all opening and closing side duties.
• Have complete knowledge of all food and beverages items on the menu.
• Communicate proper flow with the kitchen staff.
• Maintain the overall cleanliness of assigned stations.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guests, fellow team members, and vendors.
• Other duties as assigned.
