Bussers remove dishes and drinkware, wipe and sanitize tables, restock service stations, refill ice and supplies, and assist with opening and closing duties to keep the restaurant operating smoothly. Their hustle directly impacts how quickly guests are seated, how efficiently tables turn, and how smoothly the entire team operates.
