Busser/Food Runner

Summary: The Busser/Food Runner will provide excellent customer service and hospitality to our Residents and Guests. The Busser/Food Runner oversees setting and clearing tables in our dining venues to provide a clean and tidy environment. As the Busser/Food Runner you are passionate about the importance of hospitality, safety, assisting the waitstaff, and providing quality dining services for our residents and guests within the community.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Prepares dining room for guests by cleaning and clothing tables, setting decorations, service plates, and utensils
• Maintains menu presentation by keeping menus clean, replacing damaged or soiled pages, and cleaning chalkboards
• Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed, refilling waterglasses, and being attentive to additional needs
• Supports waitstaff by setting up and replenishing condiment stands and busser stations.
• Picks up food for orders placed by the service associates and delivers the meal to our residents and guests
• Assists the kitchen and service associates as needed to maintain the highest level of food quality, presentation, and timing to optimize our guests dining experience
• Sets up the frontline with the equipment, plate ware, and smallware needed to effectively serve all food products
• Keep stations restocked throughout the shift
• Garnishes finished entrees according to house specifications and procedures
• Completes all side work in the front and/or back of the house as assigned and scheduled by the members of the management team
