Job Summary: The Busser plays a crucial role in providing an exceptional dining experience by ensuring that the restaurant is clean, organized, and well-stocked. They support servers and maintain the flow of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clear and clean tables after guests finish their meals, ensuring a tidy and welcoming environment.
• Reset tables promptly for new guests, including placing clean silverware, glassware, and napkins.
• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to tables and refilling drinks as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping and mopping floors when necessary.
• Stock service areas with necessary supplies, such as silverware, napkins, and condiments.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant setting preferred but not required.
