La Petite Maison Boston is looking for Bussers who keep the floor running like clockwork.
This role is essential to the guest experience — clearing, resetting, and supporting the floor team so that service never skips a beat. It's a great entry point into fine dining with a brand that invests in its people.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Clear and reset tables efficiently and discreetly
Support servers and runners during service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the floor and service areas
Assist with bread service and other table maintenance tasks
What We're Looking For
Prior hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
Fast, organized, and reliable under pressure
Team player with a positive attitude
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-standards environment
