Description
The Busser is responsible for supporting restaurant service by delivering food promptly, maintaining clean and organized dining areas, and assisting servers to ensure an exceptional guest experience. This position plays a vital role in fast-paced casino dining environments and must adhere to all tribal gaming, safety, and hospitality standards.
Required Qualifications

Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred but not required

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Must be able to obtain and maintain all required casino and tribal licenses or permits
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Ability to lift and carry trays, bus tubs, and items weighing up to 25–40 pounds

Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motions

Ability to work in a noisy, crowded environment
Schedule Requirements

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
Compliance & Licensing

Must meet all tribal gaming commission, casino background check, and licensing requirements

Must adhere to tribal employment policies and procedures
