Busser/Wait Assistant at the Pool Cafe

Bonita National Golf & Country Club, located in Bonita Springs, FL is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a seasonal part-time Busser/Wait Assistant @ the Pool Cafe! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Compensation: $15.00 per hour

• Clear, clean, sanitize, and reset tables promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure tables are properly set with clean silverware, glassware, napkins, and appropriate table settings.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room, service stations, and surrounding areas.
• Assist servers with delivering food and beverages when needed.
• Refill water glasses and assist with other guest needs.
• Remove used plates, glassware, and utensils throughout the dining experience without interrupting members.
• Work closely with servers and management to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Respond professionally to member requests and communicate concerns to the appropriate team member or manager.
• Always maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance.

• Must be able to lift 25lbs to waist height.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Frequent lifting, bending, turning.
• Must have reliable transportation

• Previous experience in a restaurant.
