Skills Required: BO Lead, PL/SQL, financial / Banking / Investments, team leadership skills.

The challenge is finding a true expert, not just someone who can take direction and develop.

· Candidates are getting drilled in tech interviews on how they would approach different challenges.

· Candidates need to be sharp and have a business understanding of their work!

· Should be a LEAD with 8 to 10 + years experience with current and mostly financial/banking/investments.
