Bussiness System Engineer/ Analyst

Experience in systems analyses.

Provides leadership or analytical expertise to analysts.

Operates with substantial independence and initiative.

Undertakes analyses and user consultation tasks at all phases of design and implementation of an application.

This statement of work (SOW) is for the maintenance and support for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Service (CMS), Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight (CCIIO)’s existing Health Insurance Oversight System (HIOS) and for the design, development, test, and implementation of new functionality and required enhancements. This SOW also clarifies the existing HIOS requirements by specifying how these limits must be consistent with other federal laws including but not limited to HIPAA, WHCRA, NMHPA, MHPAEA, GINA, and others. The principal function of HIOS is to serve as the government's primary data collection vehicle and staging area for data provided by various external sources mentioned in this SOW. This position is to be filled exclusively through our client.

Minimum of three years’ experience as a Business Systems Engineer or Consultant.

Post-graduate degree (Master Degree) preferred.
