Butchery Manager Belhar
Our client is a prominent private company that owns a number of established outlets in the Western Cape. They are expanding and have a need for enthusiastic people to support this growth, which includes a Butchery Manager.
It is the responsibility of the Butchery Manager to create and maintain a fully functioning, profitable Butchery Department.
Promote excellent customer service and full management of all Butchery staff members.
Responsibilities:
- Stock management
- Cold chain management
- Signage and pricing
- Adherence to Group merchandising standards
- Promotions
- Customer experience
- Meeting departmental targets
- Hygiene and housekeeping
- Staff management
- Administration
Requirements:
- Task orientated
- Numeracy skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ordering skills
- Diligent in the performance of duties
- Staff management skills
- Must be able to work with people daily
Minimum Qualification and Experience
- 2 years retail management experience in the Butchery Department
- Computer literacy
Salary - Market related
Working hours - Monday to Sunday, Rotational shifts
