Job Responsibilities:

Report to Butler Service Supervisor, ISS’s Contract Manager and Manager of GS Department
Comply with personal hygiene guidelines, uniform, do’s and don’ts Observe food hygiene Manage and ensure cleanliness and upkeep of pantry and facility
Taking of patient meal order
Preparation and serving of meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and 3 tea-breaks (morning, afternoon and supper) to patients
Day to day interaction with patient, nursing and hotel’s kitchen for feedback, improvement and service recovery
Coordinate with hotel’s kitchen on accurate and timely delivery of patient meal and collection soil crockery
Assist Supervisor to ensure sufficient pantry supplies
Ensure butler practice, “First-in, first-out” on supplies and crockery use Assist Supervisor to conduct OJT for new staff before deployment Ensure equipment is clean and in good working condition
Work closely with housekeeping in IPS cleaning, room cleaning and changing of bed sheets (exclude toilet cleaning and waste collection) Report facility defects and “lost and found”
Ensure work, health safety and hygiene of staff at workplace
Assist Supervisor to conduct incident investigation
Provide timely feedback to Supervisor, Executive and Contract
Ensure compliance to law and regulation
