Princess Polly is searching for a Buyer (Apparel) to join our high-performing Buying team and help shape the future of our trend-driven apparel offering. In this true buying role, you'll own your assortment from concept through to customer, sourcing globally, identifying emerging trends and building commercially successful ranges that our customers love.

What you'll be doing:

  • Source and develop trend-led apparel ranges aligned to the Princess Polly customer.

  • Identify emerging trends through social media, runway, influencers and global markets.

  • Build commercially successful assortments that balance trend, customer demand and profitability.

  • Manage your category's buy strategy to deliver sales, margin and stock objectives.

  • Analyse sales performance and customer insights to make informed buying decisions.

  • Partner closely with Planning, Replenishment, Design, Marketing and Supply Chain to deliver the right product at the right time.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.

  • Continuously seek opportunities to evolve the assortment and bring fresh newness to the business.

  • You consistently identify emerging trends and turn them into best-selling products.

  • Your ranges deliver strong sales, margin and sell-through results.

  • You confidently balance creativity with commercial decision-making.

  • You build trusted relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

  • You take ownership of your category and proactively identify opportunities for growth.

  • You contribute new ideas and help keep Princess Polly at the forefront of trend-driven fashion.

What you’ll bring:

  • 3+ years' experience as a Buyer, ideally within fast fashion or a high-volume retail environment.

  • A strong understanding of fashion trends and the Princess Polly customer.

  • A commercial mindset with the ability to analyse data and make confident buying decisions.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • A proactive approach, high attention to detail and a genuine passion for fashion.
