Buyer（Contractor）
Description
Main objectives as Buyer:
- On time delivery of project samples to support new projects
- Be responsible for buying fixture, testing equipment, software etc for IA China Hub R&D Laboratory.
- Support OPL to send RFQ to components suppliers for OCP projects.
- Good receiving & dispatch to manufacturing factories/entities.
- Managing payment process for all the sample & indirect procurement shipments.
- Support to consolidate monthly/quarterly projects reports.
- Additional administrative tasks assigned by manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business
Job Related Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in a Purchasing/Sourcing team of a Multinational corporation, Experience in indirect procurement would be a plus; Excellent Fresh graduate also can be considered.
Business Understanding: basic supply chain, mechanical(Plastic, Stamping, printing) & Electricity(Winding, PCBA) Components or Indirect Procurement experience and understanding, with Industrial product application experience will be a plus.
Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): English Mandatory
