Buyer [EL]

Manage end-to-end purchasing activities, including supplier sourcing, RFQs, quotation analysis, commercial negotiations and order fulfilment.

Review MRP requirements and ensure timely procurement of materials, components and equipment to support production demand.

Proactively monitor and expedite supplier orders to minimise shortages and prevent production delays.

Coordinate with supply chain planning, production and suppliers to maintain material availability and meet customer delivery commitments.

Monitor inventory levels, review replenishment requirements and implement stocking strategies according to management policies.

Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance in quality, delivery, cost and inventory control.

Coordinate shipment arrangements, logistics activities and customs documentation with relevant service providers.

Ensure purchasing transactions and supporting documents are processed accurately, including vendor registration, purchase orders, delivery notes and invoices.

Manage supplier returns, RMA cases and non-conforming materials in coordination with relevant departments.

Drive cost-reduction initiatives and identify opportunities to improve procurement efficiency.

Compile weekly and monthly purchasing reports and monitor key procurement performance indicators.
