Your mission & challenges

At NEURA Robotics, we are shaping the future of cognitive robotics. Our mission is to intelligently connect humans and machines – and to achieve this, we rely not only on strong engineering teams but also on a high-performing procurement organization.

Your Responsibilities

• Procurement of technical components, services, and indirect materials

• End-to-end handling of the purchasing process (RFQs, purchase orders, order tracking)

• Ensuring timely material availability for production and R&D

• Communication and coordination with national and international suppliers

• Maintenance of master data and documentation within the system

• Support in price negotiations and supplier selection

• Close collaboration with engineering, production, and logistics teams

• Monitoring delivery schedules and managing escalations in case of supply bottlenecks

What we can look forward to

• Bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering) or comparable qualification

• Experience in procurement, ideally in a technical environment

• Strong advantage: solid technical understanding

• Structured, reliable, and self-driven working style

• Strong communication skills and assertiveness

• Confident handling of ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Very good German and good English language skills
