In this role, you will execute sourcing and procurement activities across Singapore and Malaysia, supporting transportation, fleet, warehousing, logistics services, distribution equipment, maintenance services, and other operational requirements while ensuring cost competitiveness, service reliability, and compliance with company standards. Furthermore, you will manage tendering and sourcing exercises, conduct commercial evaluations, negotiate contracts and supplier agreements, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver value-driven procurement solutions that support business objectives Supplier relationship management is part of your role, including identifying and onboarding suppliers, monitoring supplier performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with contractual, SHEQ, and governance requirements Additionally, you will coordinate customs brokerage and cross-border logistics activities, working with customs brokers, authorities, logistics teams, and Finance/Tax teams to support efficient cargo clearance, import and export documentation, and landed-cost management You will also contribute to procurement transformation initiatives, process improvements, digitalization projects, and regional procurement programs while ensuring adherence to procurement policies, audit requirements, and best procurement practices
