Schneider is seeking a Buyer in Green Bay to timely and cost-effectively source goods and services for departments throughout the enterprise. The Buyer will create contracts involving materials, equipment, supplies and services that are critical to the day-to-day operations of Schneider.

Responsibilities\:

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and internal customers.
• Understand internal customers’ needs and expectations to provide the best value solutions.
• Qualify potential suppliers by using Schneider’s policies and procedures.
• Evaluate financial impacts and risks when developing contractual agreements.
• Help solve problems between suppliers and internal customers.
• Research and evaluate products and services to find the best solutions for the enterprise.
