Are You One of Us

Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end procurement process including supplier identification, RFP execution and price analysis

• Daily communication in English and French or German

• Collect, compile and analyze data

• Conduct and manage supplier evaluations

• Support ad-hoc sourcing requests, cost management, change management and supplier performance management

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers

• Provide guidance and training to junior colleagues

Primary Skills / Minimum Qualifications:
• Fluent in English and French or German (at least a B2 level)

• Experience in strategic procurement and end-to-end S2C activities

• Experience identifying savings opportunities and leading sourcing and negotiation activities

• Proactive and hands-on approach

• Adaptable across categories and work settings

• Strong project management skills

• Strong quantitative, analytical and communication skills

• Advanced Excel skills including data analysis, visualization and working with large datasets
