C# and MYSQL Lead ( Software Engineer / Lead)

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Excellent analytical and problem-solving technique

High degree of collaboration, & co-ordination with customer/engagement stakeholders in timely manner

Ability to understand customer stakeholders (business/technical/release team) expectation.

First point of contact to customer for escalation, issues

Ability to analyze, understand technical issue and explain to L2/L3 Offshore based team.

Hands on experience in C# coding, testing and build/deployment.

Able to do trouble shooting of issues, If required.

High availability and commitment to customer

Passion to spot trends in problems and come up with ideas/solutions

Status Reporting to customer stakeholders (business/technical/release team) and high degree of customer engagement.
