Job Summary

We are looking for a C/C++ Developer with experience in payment applications and POS terminals. The candidate should have good knowledge of EMV, socket programming, data structures, and payment transaction processing.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain POS payment applications using C/C++.
  • Implement payment transactions such as Sale, Refund, Void, Reversal, and Settlement.
  • Integrate EMV Contact and Contactless payment flows.
  • Develop TCP/IP socket communication with payment hosts and servers.
  • Analyse logs and troubleshoot transaction and application issues.
  • Integrate POS device SDKs and peripherals.
  • Support host and payment certification activities.
  • Write clean, secure, and maintainable code.
  • Coordinate with testing, backend, and product teams.


Required Skills

  • 3–5 years of C/C++ development experience.
  • Experience in POS or payment application development.
  • Knowledge of EMV Contact and Contactless transactions.
  • Good understanding of data structures, pointers, memory management, and multithreading.
  • Experience in TCP/IP socket programming.
  • Basic knowledge of ISO 8583.
  • Experience with Linux or embedded systems.
  • Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Git or other version-control tools.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with RTOS or Linux-based POS devices.
  • Knowledge of POS peripherals such as card readers, NFC, printers, and PIN pads.
  • Knowledge of payment schemes such as Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, or AMEX.
  • Understanding of payment security and key-management concepts.
