Department Overview
Device Cloud Engineering team develops software solutions that enable users to provision, configure and upgrade their Motorola devices and entire fleets. Our products are used by various customers around the world including public safety (police, firefighters, military) and commercial (car manufacturers, theme parks, railways). The team is responsible for end to end software development life-cycle, including: creation and implementation of requirements, unit testing, functional testing, continuous integration and delivery.
Job Description
We are looking for a passionate C# Cloud Engineer to join our team and help us build the future of public safety. As part of our agile, cross-functional teams, you will take ownership of end-to-end features and develop cutting-edge, cloud-based solutions that empower first responders and communities.
Our products are built primarily in C#, utilizing a modern software architecture that spans from hardware-level integration to high-level abstractions. We embrace agile methodologies and heavily leverage advanced AI tools to accelerate our development process and innovate faster.

Basic Requirements
Around 4 years of hands-on experience in C# software development and the .NET ecosystem.
Practical experience with Cloud Computing, preferably Microsoft Azure (or equivalent AWS/GCP platforms).
Proficient with Microsoft-based development tools, particularly Visual Studio and VS Code.
Solid experience with GIT version control and branching workflows.
Good understanding of clean code practices, software design patterns, and unit testing.
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practical experience working in cross-functional teams.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, team spirit, and adaptability.
Communicative English (written and spoken) to work comfortably in an international environment.
Hands-on experience or active engagement with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to optimize workflows.
